As veteran Scrapbookers, we’re here to give you the opportunity to preserve your memories for all special occasions. Each and every project we set out to create is specifically designed to reflect your ideas and bring your memories to life. We have a variety of services that are structured to guarantee the utmost satisfaction. We plan to work with you to match any particular color schemes, specific themes, favorite characters, or special preferences, which will give each project that special spark of exclusivity and uniqueness. Through our quality of work, and personal services, we pledge the utmost professionalism and guarantee that your photos and personal keepsakes will be treasured as our own. Our unique products are designed especially for you and your loved ones. We as crafters are here to take the load off of your hands and help you organize your photos and personal memorabilia.
2. What products does My Dollhouse Club offer?
a. Scrapbooks (12x12, 8x8)
b. Scrap-frames (sizes vary on product availability but generally include 16x20, 12x16, 9x9, 8.5x11, and 4x6)
c. Personalized Keepsakes (wine, martini, shot, champagne glasses, beer mugs, pencil boxes, vases, tool boxes, candle holders, mugs – this is the broadest set of products we offer because almost anything can be personalized, so feel free to contact us if you have something special in mind!)
d. Hand-made cards and invitations (these can also be personalized and are available for all occasions - typical sizes include 5x7, 5.5x8.5, 6x10, 10x10, and 12x12+)
e. Party Favors (including weddings, birthdays, holiday events, parties etc.)
3. What are the different scrapbook sizes and how many pictures can each size fit?
There are two different scrapbook sizes. A 12x12 which can fit a max of 90 pictures, and an 8x8, which can fit a max of 40 pictures. (All scrapbooks come in different colors, colors vary depending on availability)
4. How long in advance do I need to place an order?
Please keep in mind that restoring your memories in custom made scrapbooks takes time. we want to provide you the best quality of work possible therefore we need a scrapbook order to be placed two months in advance. Other products can be ready for pick-up within 3 weeks.
5. What specials are you offering?
My Dollhouse Club is currently offering a FREE 5x7 Scrap-Frame with every Scrapbook order.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check or money order. (Pay to the order of My Dollhouse Club)
7. What if one of my photographs or another item is lost, stolen, or damaged?
My Dollhouse Club advises our customers to not to send anything of which you do not have a copy. According to the contract, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. However, if the photos are damaged by us, we will pay for reprinting. If you will be sending photographs by mail, make sure you have the negatives or have your photos scanned into digital format before you mail the originals.
8. Will my photos be altered?
Unless you specifically request no cropping of pictures, we may need to crop, adjust, convert to black and white and/or remove red eye to help make sure the photos match the theme of the Scrapbook, Frame or Card. For this reason it is best for you to keep an original copy of any non-digital photos.
9. How many photos can fit on a Scrapbook page?
Anywhere from 1-6 on a single page layout (something to keep in mind: having more pictures on a layout reduces the amount of embellishments that can be used on a page).
10. What is a layout? what is a page?
A single page or layout is considered one 12x12 or 8x8 size scrapbook page. Two pages or layouts fit back to back in 1 page protector. For a 10 page album there will be 10 page protectors holding 20 pages. A 2 page layout is two side by side pages that flow together. They share the same theme/event and their materials match. 2 page layouts are great when you have lots of photos for a single event. This creates a nice book feel when each left and right page in the album match one another.
